You must bring the following items, on or before your child's first day of enrollment, in order for them to attend.
o A copy of your child's birth certificate.
o The State medical report form.

o Fully completed enrollment forms from the Parent Handbook.
o $30.00 enrollment fee and first weeks tuition.
o Change of clothes(labeled).
o Blanket and /or pillow.
